Our Facilities
Our 20,000+ sq ft facility is located at JTC Food Hub @ Senoko, Singapore, a purpose-built food industry cluster. The production floor runs automated, pharmaceutical-grade machinery including spray dryers and automatic flavor compounders, designed for precision batching, repeatable output, and minimal human contact with product. The facility supports simultaneous loading of up to four 40-foot containers, enabling efficient large-scale fulfillment. All raw materials used are Food-Grade and Pharmaceutical Grade USP certified.
Our R&D facility operates in a separate location from production. This is a deliberate design choice to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination between development work and active manufacturing. The separation ensures that experimental formulations, raw material trials, and analytical testing never interfere with production-grade output.
The R&D lab is equipped with a Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) for compound identification and purity analysis, a Spectrophotometer for color measurement and consistency verification, and Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing (ASLT) machines to model long-term product stability under controlled stress conditions. In-house testing covers microbiological screening, moisture content analysis, and physicochemical parameters including pH, density, and color stability, all verified against defined specifications before any product is approved for production or release.
